Το Διεθνές Ίδρυμα Βιοσύνθεσης (IFB), εδρεύει στην Ελβετία και ιδρύθηκε από τον David Boadella. Είναι μέλος του Παγκόσμιου Συμβουλίου Ψυχοθεραπείας (World Council for Psychotherapy – WCP) και είναι αναγνωρισμένο από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση Ψυχοθεραπείας (European Association for Psychotherapy – EAP).
Το IFB αποτελείται από το Διεθνές Ινστιτούτο Βιοσύνθεσης ( International Institute for Biosynthesis – IIBS), την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση Βιοσύνθεσης (European Association for Biosynthesis – EABS), την Υπεραντλατική Ένωση Βιοσύνθεσης (Overseas Association for Biosynthesis – OABS) και τις Εθνικές Επαγγελματικές Ενώσεις Βιοσύνθεσης (National Professional Associations for Biosynthesis).
Οι εκπαιδευόμενοι του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Βιοσύνθεσης με την εγραφή τους στο πρόγραμμα γίνονται αυτόματα μέλη του IFB. Οι απόφοιτοι του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Βιοσύνθεσης για να διατηρήσουν το δικαίωμα τους να χρησιμοποιούν το logo της Βιοσύνθεσης και τον τίτλο θεραπευτής ή ψυχοθεραπευτής της Βιοσύνθεσης πρέπει να είναι μέλη του IFB και να παρακολουθούν την ετήσια εποπτεία του IFB στο Ελληνικό Κέντρο Βιοσύνθεσης.
